CUSTOMER TERMS:
A non-refundable retainer of 50% of the contract amount is due upon signing of the contract in order to secure the event date. In the event that Black Diamond Gourmet is absent from the event due to natural disasters or unforeseen events, the retainer will be returned to the client. In the case of multi-day events, a prorated portion of the retainer will be returned if Black Diamond Gourmet Catering is absent from a portion of the event due to natural disasters or unforeseen events.
The event is considered booked after the contract is signed and the retainer is paid. Prepaid retainers will be deducted from the final event invoice. The final invoice balance will be due 10 days before service on the confirmed event date. All event details will be considered final 10 days prior to the event date. There will be no changes made after this time.
Additional billing may occur under the following conditions:
- 1f the actual number of guests is greater than the quoted number of guests.
- Staff charges are estimated based on the client’s timeline. Therefore, if the staff is scheduled to be finished by 9 pm but delays cause the staff to stay longer – staff hours will reflect actual hours worked, and the client will be responsible for the additional costs incurred.
Additional charges are due 10 days after the event.
